Re: Post Submissions Here!
Rae: I could see this design being a big hit with girls and teens, especially with a belly dancer or Arabian princess/genie costume.
Kelly: I love the black and white effect! Very dramatic and elegant.
Michelle: Your roses are great. This is one of my favorite ways to paint roses. It looks so graphic and punchy--almost like a tattoo.

Michelle, I already knew my vote when I saw your tribal roses mask but now I have a broken heart. You shouldn't post more than one design!!!! That's gonna be hard.. AGAIN!!!

Re: Post Submissions Here!
Ok, Michelle, one day you're saying you use splits all the time so it's a challenge to come up with new designs.....then bam, the very next day you post this. Man, you're so clever. Can't wait to see your other ideas. LOVE LOVE this one.
Re: Post Submissions Here!
Here's another entry
Im not entirely certain of my brush sizes( the numbers wore off a long time ago) but you need a onestroke brush and a liner.
Magpie cake ( white, grey, black) though you could use any colour combo really.
Do a one stroke rose.
Add two vines and spikey leaves around the rose.
Add thorns to the rose
Outline areas in white.
Here's hoping my slideshow works. if it doesnt ill add photos when i come online next.
Edit:doesnt seem to be working, oh well it was worth a go. click on the pic to see the slideshow. here is the end pic.

Re: Post Submissions Here!
I like it Michelle, a lot different than your usual stuff. Very pretty, did you use a new stencil or are those a tone of hash marks?
Re: Post Submissions Here!
I didn't use any stencils....just a thin brush and white..sort of hashmarks..and dots on the intersections..
I like trying things in a different way..

Wow! "Challenge" is right. I feel intimidated, inspired, awed, and nudged. There is some talent in here! I'm looking forward to getting into the game Gonna have to keep my eye on the prize and not the competition or else I might just freeze up!

Woohoo!!! I got one myself!
It looks great and fast so I'll gif it a try.
Re: Post Submissions Here!
Okay... this is challenging in so many ways. Stopping to take step-by-step pictures; editing all those pictures; setting up a hosting account; figuring all that out!
This is a TEST. Hopefully I'm not making a complete fool of myself.
