I am so stoked for this challenge! I've been contemplating doing videos for a long time. Now I finally have some good incentive to post!

I ordered a video camera on Saturday (using up my Airmiles) and it says it will be here in 4 weeks, maybe. I'll miss the deadline...

Love the name... Video Challenge... for me it should be a label: Video Challenged". Still trying to get my video loaded.

I got a video camera for Christmas, don't know how to use it but surely I can learn fast! I'm gonna give this a try. Have no idea what I'm doing but, willing to give it a go.

Looking forward to this one..maybe one day I'll be brave enough to be a participant and not just a spectator/cheerleader!

painting it is easy.... trying to upload, edit and send the file is the challenge. Can't wait to see more videos on how you guys all paint. Im impatient and dont wait for the paint to dry making my lines not so nice. I always wonder how long you guys wait inbetween painting to get the nice dark/white lines... videos are a great idea to see the little behind the scenes details like those. Good challenge Metina and a great idea to get more videos for your youtube page!

I've been trying to do videos for months. I've shot 7 so far and wouldn't show a single one of them even if I were paid to. I'm hoping to finally figure this stuff out for this challenge.

I shot one a few days ago with a borrowed camera and the quality is poor. I ordered one today so maybe I can enter and you can see what I am doing

Filiming is one thing... editing... that is not something I would have a clue about.

I am going to enter this challenge even though I am a total newbie when it comes to face painting and body art. This challenge sounds so much fun and I can't wait to see all of the submissions =) yay!!!!!!

I want to enter every challenge, so I guess I'll have to overcome my shyness for this one!

Maybe I'll just do a painting on my knee.

I'm thinking about doing this, I've been looking for a tripod for my iPhone, but I think I'll have to order one on Amazon. I might lose my nerve to do it by the time I get my hands on a tripod though .

I'll probably have to wait until the kids are back at school on Monday before I can get my stuff organized to do this. No worries on the video or editing for me, just have to decide exactly which design I want to do a tutorial on

Hmmm... my computer has a built in camera on the monitor, I wonder if I could figure out how to just do the tutorial on myself in front of my laptop? This really has been on my list of things to learn how to do... hmmmmm....

I know I am biting off more than I can chew here, but I have 2 models coming next week so I can give this a go. I don't even know how to use my camera yet! If it doesn't work out, I'll just chalk it up for experience, but I'm excited to try something new. This is a fun idea for the challenge, Metina.

I too am VERY novice at this and thought this would be a good way to push ourselves. What better way to market yourself to potential customers than have a few videos of yourself at work on your website.

If anyone finds any other good tutorials on make vids, please post for us!
