Haha, no worries, we yanks have a lot of slang that we don't inform the rest of the world about, lol. that was actually the first time I've heard that word too, but I knew what 'peon' meant so I could figure it out.

Re: Post Submissions Here!

I have no volunteers at home so you go
I did do it on my leg and I have to say I like the way the paints work way better on skin..
I really need to learn to be neater around my designs, i always have clean up time after...lol

I had done a few scribbles during the day and had been googling images... in the end though it came out nothing like I had planned.
Thank you everyone for you lovely comments

michellesfantasyfaces wrote:really love that one Daizy! (your real name is Christi? or not...)
Yup, Christy is my name.. Daizy is just my 'face painting/ online" name
Melinda, I do believe, and I hope I am right that it is Dragons OR Flames OR Dragons and flames.
I had intended there to be flames on the cheeks but it ended up turning out differently than I expected.
Re: Post Submissions Here!
Draw the design with a round 4 brush and fill in with gold paint (I used DFX)
Add some shadows with metallic green (I used Eulenspiegel) and paint the horns and teeth (I used DFX)
Paint the eye and gums with orange (I used DFX) and outline with black (I used DFX)
Defined details and make it on your own way.(I made some dots in the final pic)
Highlight the design wherever you want.
I would also create flames but didn't have enough space.
So I made a whole mouth.

Re: Post Submissions Here!
Wow all of you are pretty much off the chain... I have a lot to aspire to. I have only just started face painting(this month) I did paint on Halloween for ACS event & have a big ACS event next Saturday. After seeing all of your work on this forum I have fallen in love and as soon as I got my hands on some paint I haven't stopped painting. So here is a cheek design I did. Considering the face one i turned in earlier I think I'm already getting better? Thanks to all of you for inspiring me. Here's what I used
brushes size0 and paradise 814
paints all diamond Fx black,orange,red,yellow

Anita, that is AMAZING!!! You really rocked! PEON means you feel lesser than everyone else. PEONISH is a word I made up. I do that on occasion. Thanks to my Punky Hoosier friend, we're on the same wavelength! LOve it! What a riot! Great entries so far!!

Re: Post Submissions Here!
thank you freed spirit! It means a lot!! i'm just starting out and the amazing work everyone does on here is pretty intimidating. but I figured if anyone on here sees my work and can give me tips, comments, or tell me what i'm doing wrong, it's well worth the embarrassment of my ineptitude.. everyone is always so nice and helpful whenever i ask. Plus i figure everyone was a newbie at some point, right?

If you look at any of my paintings on other people instead of myself, they are on the opposite cheek and/or facing the opposite way from the paintings on my own face. Nothing wrong with that
Re: Post Submissions Here!
I'm only new too marzack..this is the right place to spread your wings..
Cant wait to see you blossom!! Your already doing great.
