Okay, here is a cheek art dragon I've done for a number of years now, and I've been improving on it all along. I will post the Step by Step tomorrow!

Here's my entry... don't mind the mess behind me LOL
Everything is done with Snazaroo paints, a sponge and a #4 round brush.

Done with Wolfe and a Round brush, have to go look at the size

Okay, here's the step by step to my dragon!

Materials Used:

Paint: (All Wolfe) Red, Orange, Yellow, White, Black, Brown (used to mix with red for the dark red color)

Brushes: #0 round and #2 round





And Viola! A quick cheek art dragon. On average takes me 4 minutes to paint.

Oh Michelle... I cannot wait to see what you do with that!!! I've been sketching too, I just need extra prep time for a dragon. They don't come easy to this gal.

haha..the drawing is the 'easy' part...now to transfer it to colour and paint!...it's never turns out quit the same...

designs didn't always come easy to me...and still don't always...but it's growing on me!

Like an idiot I didn't take pictures of the step by step..so I am ok with not being in the comp but wanted to post the finished product anyway.

This is my amateur attempt at my favorite dragon "Shamron"

Paints: All Snaz
red, white, yellow, green, orange, white, and black.
Brushes 3 4 n 5 round
Step 1. Layed yellow and green for dragon head
2. layed yellow, then orange, then red on the flames
3. Outlined in black, highlighted in white
4. put red in eyes and yellow on antennas??
5. shadowed
6. touch ups..

uggh i did a great dragon (on my thigh)but i don't have anyone to paint it on, humph!! And i can't paint myself to save my life!! I am gonna have to beg someone to sit for me. Man I need to get a practice head at least..

Okay, this is my first video, and it's not so good, but hey, I'll do anything for free shipping!! I did a boys and a girls version, but only the girls is on the video--excuse the yelling of my kids and the moving of the camera--it's crazy around here!! Enjoy!

Ha! I love the yelling at your kids! It sounds a lot like mine. That's why I did a voice over.

That's funny Maggie--I totally forgot I had that on there...he's 7 now, and still gets into everything. I need to submit that to AFV--I'd probably win the $10, 000!
