Very inspiring!
Here is mine.........
I used Wolfe Red, pink, black, white, and green. Red and pink glitter. Round #4 sable brush and a 1/4 inch flat.
Step 1: Block out the roses, hearts, and leaves in red, pink, and green
Step 2: Outline everything in black and add some swirls with thorns and teardrops
Step 3: Add highlights and white dots. Add a little pink on the eyes(I should have done this in step 1!)
Step 4: Fill in a heart shaped lip in red. Line eyes and lips in black. Add glitter to roses and hearts.

I had a look back at all the entries - the quality of work on this comp is exceptional! Linda you have really knocked the ball out of the park.

Great roses everyone!
I haven't have time to make a step-by-step (have been busy busy), but I painted some white roses painted red yesterday on an twisted Alice in Wonderland bodypaint. Hope to have the real pictures next week, but here is a sneak peak =)

Your star has really great straight lines - mine always look mong! -and putting the rose in the star is very original. I like this I may give it a go as I could see teens wanting this! Well done.
