Newbie Challenge #18--survey, rabbits, and designs, oh my!

Instead of an inspiration 'folder' I have and inspiration 'ENCYCLOPEDIA' now from all the wonderful work on the forum!
There's just sooooo much talent here and I want to try practically everything I see!

THE DESIGN part was to help you SEE the picture before you paint it-
This was a new concept to me-I always just painted away and saw where I ended up--


You don't have to be good at art, this is just an exercise to help you come up with orginal designs!

Val i think i have asked this question before and can't remember if i got an answer, what is the inspiration folder? Do u print the picture u like to try them?

Yes, Paola, an inspiration folder is a folder on your computer where you store photos of things that inspire your face painting. They can be photos of painted faces, or of animals, or color combinations, anything really!

Hi ladies, how are you today?

Here is my attempt to do a rabbit. Usually you see lots of pink, purple and whites in rabbit facepaint but I thought, let's do something else and make a brown bunny!
I hope you like it!

And last year I played to be the Easter Bunny at work. I painted myself. Some kids loved it, others were scared!

It is the brown from a 12 color palette of the brand PartyXplosion .

I love the bunnies! Im finally getting back into the groove of painting, I think the weekly challenges will help me continue to practice and actually post something!

Sorry I haven't been on much between babysitting, family, and working some practice paint time in, I just am a little bad with time management...That being said here is my rabbit.

Mamilala you are so lucky!!! My husband would have stop letting me painting him if i had posted one of his picture in the forum!! Well he does not even let me paint him so much either. Lol

This was for an Easter party last year. For inspiration, I often look at greeting cards, clip art & kids clothes in the store!

very cute Affordable Face Magic and that is a good idea @Paola, I have tried to paint my husband, there is no way he will let me..he likes most the stuff that I have painted except for the rabbit. He's lucky I don't post my work on his page, lol
