Only just realising how similar mine is to Michelles (not intended, sorry!), I'm only posting this to get it right this time! My first official submission (i hope).
I used a new product Mont Marte Body Art Black & White for detail with a number 4 round and detail brush for eye area. I have used Kryolan light blue mixed on a sponge with TAG pearl white for base colour and the darker blue for the outline blending colour.
This is really simple and popular for someone starting out. As I gain a little more confidence about posting online you'll start to see more detail to my designs.

I love all these dolphins. Kleophea, I like yours with the black silhouettes. I also like how you did the stars and dots to make the black shiny.

Yeahh i love this design sooooo much!!!
The Slideshow:
The Picture:
The Brushes you can see it on the Slideshow again
Step 1: load one site of Sponge with Türkies and the other site with Hexengrün from Eulenspiegel to and push first with the Blue colour a base then with the green on top (Sorry i have forgett the Picture to make, so i show it on my arm)
Step 2: then i load my "dot-sponges", Brush (look at slideshow please) and "Dotmaker" with my selfmade cake (Diamond FX Colours grey, sea green, pastel blue) and make the the dolphin and bubbles
Step 3: now i take the black from D FX and make the outlines
Step 4: then i take D FX white and make highlights
Step 5: Mow make i the Lips with same Cake, Lines around the Bubbles and white highlights
Step 6: Now put my so shiny glitter it's from Germany (LBM Holding, the name "CT 3" it's a white one with orange, golden, light green Sparkles). I do all of Water with the Glitter. Done!
