I guess Im the first one. I did this on my leg (dont tease me about my hairy pale legs please) cause I didnt have a model but I guess it can go on the chest, back or arm. Also sorry, I had to use a different slide show cause rockyou wasnt working for me. You have to have the mouse on the slide to see the caption but this also pauses the slides. Sorry.

That's really cute OC...kinda a 'punk' looking fairy! She reminds me of some of the fae running around in an online game I sometimes play!

So was I supposed to or not supposed to tease you about your legs? Bah..you should see mine!

LOL. Thanks but I know my legs bad. THe fact that the slide sometime pauses in a close up of my leg makes me cringe. Oh well. Thanks. I first painted this back when I was in high school and dressed all rock n roll. It was pretty cool to paint it again.

Metina...I'm SUPER stoked about this contest.....I will definitely have many submissions...I've just got some issues going on and am 'de-compressing' a bit and working on some new designs and hope to post soon!

I'm torn between 'whole face' designs and 'cheek art' type designs! I love fairy stuff!!

every colour used, other than black was a sparkle, metallic or shiny colour. I wish the initial powder base showed better. The third colour, the opal precious gems, is my favourite fairy colour, has a pinkish cast to the white.

Gosh, copper and greens how can you go wrong!! Is that a new outfit too...gonna be a Ren Fest outfit? Leaves seem to be very popular for 'fairy' and elven princess parties. That's a keeper!

Love it! Why is it that all of a sudden I feel like I really need a pair of wings. There has been a lot of wing talk lately. I'm a sucker for glittery magical things.

Oooohh!!! I love the makeup colors and blending - mystical glowing shiny blues and purples with the white details! The tree poses and outfit really complete it!!! Niiiiice Work!!!

#2 (FYI, I'm still in Alberta, at my director's house...who is out. Everyone's in Calgary/Edmonton, and I have the house to myself - finally get a chance to paint! The cat probably thinks I'm crazy, though.)

In this one, she was meant to be holding a wand - but I decided I liked her better just flying towards the bright - ooh, shiny!
