THANKS! YOU ARE AWESOME!
The director insisted on red lips but otherwise under the lights I was so pleased with how my first attempts at aging makeup turned out. Couldn't have done it without your help. Big thanks Shannon, Anniel, SamFantastico, and others who responded. Hope the link works-wanted to share before/after pics.

Good on you, I have'nt tried these effects yet either, I hope to do as good a job as you have. Wonderful and congratulations.

Very impressive! Hope to one day have an opportunnity to do something like this!

What a wonderful feeling when you are successful at a new venture. Enjoy the moment.
Re: THANKS! YOU ARE AWESOME!
Nice job! Not sure why you decided to put on that black eyeliner though... I've never actually done aging makeup (but I kinda want to now!!!) but I believe the easiest and best looking way to create wrinkles is to actually have the model crunch up their face, and carefully trace the actual wrinkles, then smudge them and do some shading. But you did an awesome job for a first try - congrats!

Janna, Some stuff i.e. eyeliner and lip color were what the director wanted. They were pleased so who am I to argue with their vision.

Didn't mean to offend! I just wanted to offer some constructive criticism for next time.
Re: THANKS! YOU ARE AWESOME!
No offense taken! Believe me i will take any and all constructive criticism. I did try to do the quick method of scruch face, dab on highlights, then trace wrinkles and finally blend. They all thought it was too much highlights and shadows. So in the end I gave them what they wanted. Personally I thought it looked better my way but like I said so long as they were happy so was I. Haven't been doing any of this long enough to have any kind of an ego. LOL I did think that the Mehron liquid white was great for hair white. Much better than the spray they got for me to use from Sally Beauty supply!
