Hi everyone!!! Ok finally got thru this entire thread... I want to try this tag game... I am just getting back into the swing of things after several months of personal trials... but you all are so kind, funny, creative, and just well inspiring!!!

BTW: I have a suggestion to keep the tag moving along... why not have 2 people do the challenge at the same time... and the first one to post gets to pick the next challenge.... Just a suggestion.... Smile

I hope I added myself in the right place... either way I will gladly be at the end of round 2...

Thanks everyone! Yup sunflower only really took about 2 minutes, but the yellow just wasn't popping, and I didn't want to outline in black, so out comes the glitter and the liquid bling! Super easy...just turned my daughter into the glitter queen queen

Synni, great "under the sea" design!! And BTW...absolutely LUV LUV your under the sea avatar!!

I am loving the sunflower!!! It is just beautiful. Hmmm liquid bling...why didn't I get this on the order I placed yesterday scratch

So, how long does it take to get dry?

y thank you maggieand cc! i luv it as well even though it took me nearly and hour of swearing and cursing lol. and funnily enough the thing i found the hardest was the wave pattern at the top. the little mermaid was quite a relief after that Wink

double tag sounds good. though worried it might get confusing. don't forget there is a tag inspired page on here great spot for more than 1 rendition on the theme!!!

I'm DYING to hang with other artists! I have so much to learn! And I want so much to just 'talk shop' with people who share the same passion! You know...people who DON'T stare blankly into space when you mention 'paint' or 'henna'!!! LOL

There *is* a chance I may go to Australia next year tho! My sister has moved there! She's in Portland. Unsure how that relates distance wise to most of our Aussie painters!

I still have to wonder if there is a way to speed up the 'tag' game without it getting too confusing.

Maggie I believe we're about 2 hours from each other...so when the weather gets better (like in the spring) perhaps we can meet half way and talk paint!! Smile

There are a few others that are close by that we can probably jam with.

portland is about 5 hours from me as i live in murray bridge sa :'(.
i tried the aussie forum yesterday but was sadly disappointed. there is hardly anyone on there and all the posts are old. all well i love this forum and the poeple are great!!!! cheers

just a shame i will never get the chance to meet them.

Cause country Australia rocks!!!!!!!! C'mon admit it.. I'm visiting the big smoke this week and the traffic and the chaos..forget it! I can't wait to go home and get stuck in to the Country show circuit!! CWA cakes, country music, kids playing outside in the dirt..yeehaw!

OMG OMG OMG come to Australia!!! You could set up workshops and claim it on tax... I'll come and rally up a posse..keep us posted on that! There are a few great body art conventions on that would prob fall over themselves to have you there...

ok jbm i admit i freaking love Australia!!! hahaha and since moving to the country i hate having to spend time in the city. but then again i would love to attend even 1 fp class and get a chance to learn something hands on, you tube can only get you so far! though i must admit looking at my b4 face paint forum work and now i am happy with my progress, especially with the help from all u lovely people!

Well HENNA conventions maybe come a-courtin' but I'm unsure if anyone would be as interested in henna OR me at an Aussie Body fest. BUT I would suuuure love to time my visit with a convention and have FP time with my Aussie bros and sistahs!!!!!!
