Okay so here goes
I started with Snaz Dark Purple and sponged a circle on


Then I mixed some 'Glitter-Arti' silver powder into Snaz light silver and painted the metal parts of the ring with a size 2 brush



I then added washed out black to shadow and some highlights to the stone
I used a size 3/0 detail brush


Added some last minute details: Also with a 3/0 Detail brush

This is my very first attempt at painting a necklace on myself. Geez it's harder than I imagined. I'm really in awe of those of you who can do this so well. I'm still learning how to do the shading & highlights. I don't feel I captured it real well here, although it's given me some practice and as they say practice makes perfect. So I'll keep practicing.



Step one load yellow, red & green onto dauber & place beads. Double load flat brush with light green & pearl green & paint holly leaves.



Load tiny dauber with red & paint the holly berries. Outline leaves & berries in black add white highlights.



Paint curly links of necklace in pearl green.



Add shading & lighting.



Outline with liquid bling.



Add self adhesive bling gems.

Tools: Medium dauber, tiny dauber, round #2 brush, small flat brush, self adhesive bling gems.
Materials: TAG pearl yellow, pearl green, light green, black & white. Snaz red. Liquid bling gold, red, green.

Hope someone likes it im still getting used to these things lol.

thanks looks much better in real life... i hate it when I cant take a decent photo of anything I painted it on about 6pm earlier, im still wearing it 12 hours later haha

I'm having the same problem w/ taking jewelry pics... it took like 20 shots to get a good pic.

Mandi you have done better than me every attempt I have made n my self has looked lopsided and gortesque. I'm going to have to enlist a model at this point.
