Well, here goes, without knowing if you are from Europe or the US:
There is a store chain in North America called Walmart.  They sell UV or Black Light bulbs for about $7CDN. You can check your work by screwing one of the Walmart bulbs into a regular lamp socket.  I also have a UV hand held flashlight to check on my colours when at a club doing black light painting.

Yes they do. and if you are in the US, drugstores carry that stuff too

So excited to paint at my upcoming event now, it goes from day to night so i will get a black light to do glow designs at night!!!
