Newbie Challenge 15---Color me Green with Envy

So my daughter saw Daphne's alien and had to have it! Here is my take on it using my new FAB shimmers! Thanks for the inspiration Daphne!!!

Yeah, I know, I'm late to the party again! But here's how I look as I type this message.

The shading's not showing up as well as I'd like, but there's lots in there, honest! Also, this is the only way I'm ever going to have arched eyebrows...

Never done a snake like this before! Kind of fun!
I like the way to turned out--except the fangs. I had my little boy grab my arms as I was doing one side, so I had to make the other to match--next time I will make them smaller and sharper!

Amy, I like the spots down the snake's back and the squiggly lines on the side...those plus the way the greens are makes it have 'depth.'

Hi MaryKayTokar, i like your mask! Eyes are cute! How do u clean the head off to take the color off? I stayned mine and afraid to use colors now.

I had quite a problem with cleaning, until I read a post on here. I had tried 91% alcohol and a Mr Clean magic eraser with moderate success. I had also tried nail polish remover. Then I read a post on here about using vegetable oil. Yesterday, I went at it with canola oil on a paper towel and some elbow grease, then followed up with alcohol and Mr Clean eraser again. Good as new.

Glad you got her clean...Acetone/Nail polish remover takes it off with very little effort though
