Greetings from South Seattle!

Thank you to all of you who make this such a great forum! I've been lurking for a few days soaking up lots of information and videos, and I'm totally hooked on this site!!

My history: I've dabbled in various forms of painting (and even in my past using terrible and cheap paints for face/body) but feel that I am totally new to face & body painting for reals and with quality products. I have no training other than you all here and youtube. I have a couple palettes of Diamond Fx, some TAG one strokes, and just a few brushes and sponges. I'm starting to put together my kit. I just registered for Pashur's upcoming workshop in the Seattle area in November! And I just added a few pictures to my personal gallery to reply to the newbie challenge#2.

Hi Leilan, nice to meet you! I'm just setting up my kit also, and trying to hoard money for my licenses. Doing charity and friend's and family's birthday parties til then for the practice. I mostly use Snazaroo, cause it's readily available here, but I'm dying to try out TAG or Diamond FX.

I'm in the Northwest also...down by Eugene Oregon. It is sunny, but this morning was a bit nippy for my taste But I shouldn't complain, since poor Kammie has never seen the sun
