Now in Beef..
I have been booked for a bodypainting on friday for a movie shoot - one scene. I have to paint her gold and spray a wig gold. Ok its really easy for a bodypainter, but I am not one yet and freaking out!!! What do I do?? been practicing. Please give me step by step how to body paint and any helpful hints.. thanks.

Re: Now in Beef..
If you have it, the Mehron metallic powders are great, either mixed with your existing gold paint or brushed onto damp paint:

For larger surfaces I don't like to sponge, I prefer kabuki. You can find a very inexpensive kabuki at Target by E.L.F. brand. It's a long-handled kabuki, which I prefer and I think it's $3.00
If you're using shields made for face paint, then they will do fine with your normal coverage of face paint. I'm not sure what you mean by good coverage over the nipple if you're using shields?
One hour is going to be cutting it close to base out a whole body with nice, consistant coverage, but you can do it. I like doing torso first and then extremities second.
Good luck!

Re: Now in Beef..
Don't use Wolfe/DFX... Once they dry they'll come off if you go over them(it'll get quite patchy looking). They also chip, crack & peal on large areas. The Mehron powder w/ mixing liquid is the best but can also be mixed with water & a metallic paint(I use Mehron gold w/ gold mixing powder most times). The hardest areas to get coverage in under the boobs & armpits. The kabuki brush is a must, especially if you're on a time crunch.
Have fun & get pics!

Congrats! Did you get pics? Famous singer?! Sooo cool! Did you get permission to share more detail or was their a privacy clause?
Re: Now in Beef..
No clause, not contract, nothing, but shes in the process of filming etc for the album, feel like I shouldn't... I dont want to ruin what could be a good thing for me. What would you guys do? I dont think you would recognise her anyway!!
