LOL, thanks Angie. That was just a tip I picked up and never thought twice about until several people asked me about it. Give Lisa Joy Young credit on this one since I learned it from her. I must admit it makes a very clean looking shark.

I agree Squiggle. I so enjoyed the intimate size of the event. If you plan to go next year make sure to mark the dates early since it will be a limited enrollment next year.

One of my favorite memories of the weekend was the early morning walk and beignets with coffee at Cafe Du Monde that I shared with Vi and Annette. It was like hanging out with old friends and good food.

hahhahaaa - I'm pretty shy in real life, so unfortunately, unless you come up to me, I'll probually be hiding in my hole! hahaha

BUT it was sweet that so many of you came over to introduce yourself... it really made my day.

I think my favorite thing is that you get to hang out with "the greats" like Pashur, Mark, Alex and Wiser. Some of you even got to paint with them, which I'm totally jealous about!

I'm already geared up for next year.

We should just say F-it and all meet at my house for the world's biggest slumber party! Paint brush in hand!

AND - forgot to add that Annette is AWESOME!

very sweet and thoughtful. I couldn't have asked for a better roomie, I think we became life long friend over the weekend.... and I'm more thankful for THAT than anything.

She SERIOUSLY helped me complete my body painting piece and did an AWESOME job at it! I was very impressed on her version of my idea and really liked how her style blended with mine. THANKS ANNETTE!

I'm definately gonna enjoy working with her in the future!

There was such great talent there & creative energy there. I loved the atmosphere, it made it feel more like family....and don't even get me started on the food! mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

As for the Zombie Crawl....I don't think i've had more fun in my life. 30+ of the damn best looking Zombies loose on Bourbon Street on a Friday Night....need I say more????
