Quick question about the brush holder that was made here.. Do the tips get bent because of the softness of the towel, when they are wet or being toted from one place to another....

You fold it over ABOVE the tips of the brushes, then when you roll it up it stays so, no, the brushes do not get bent or otherwise damaged.
I've used a fabric brush roll (my mom made for me!) for 15 years for my make-up brushes and not a single problem.
HOWEVER you should NOT be putting dirty/used, or wet brushes back in the roll!
When on a make-up job I just roll up my used brushes in a towel to wash at home. Once rolled up they are well protected.

Thanks again Shannon....My mom sews great and I have lots of fabric hanging around when I tried to learn.

That is a terrific idea. I think I have a towl that would just work for that.
