Hey guys, I don't have a black light, but I'm doing a super quick and simple step by step to boost some of you into a submission.

1. Using a #8 round with neon orange do a teardrop going toward the eye from the temple. Repeat a shorter teardrop with neon red.

2. Using a #8 round with neon blue, repeat an even shorter teardrop. Using a #2 with blue, add the additional detail teardrops.

3. Using a #2 with neon yellow, add dots.

Come on guys even if you don't have a black light, share what you can do. A lot of people seem to be struggling with this contest so let's all participate even if it is unofficial, to help everyone improve.
