Annette, I am totally in love with your postcard! GREAT idea!! Did you use a template, or make this all yourself?

Thank you so much you guys! I was really excited when this came together.

I came up with the concept myself. My real bulletin/inspiration board resembles this. I am not too snazzy with photoshop or any other graphics programming so I hired someone local. She has been great to work with and has really caught on to my attitude and persona of my business.

I'm completely jealous. I'd steal the entire idea if I was any good at photoshop myself. LOL. Wink We must be kindred spirits! I honestly could not have come up with any idea that better represents who I am. My favorite is the torn off strip of loose-leaf paper taped to the frame at the top. That is just about exactly what my board looks like right now...

(Okay, I am done gushing... Laughing I just sooo relate to that whole theme, HAHAA!)

I downloaded a 30 dayfree trial of Corel Photo Pro x3 and created a postcard. It is kind of like photoshop but not as good but I was able to create the postcard, flyer and brochure with it. This is the front of my postcard...

I had them made through VistaPrint when they had the 100 free promotion and on the back I put my contact info on the back.

Yeah, instead of paying for the expensive program just try and bang out all of your promotional material in that 30 day period they give you. They will also send you an e-mail with a special offer to buy the program for $50 towards the end of the trial but I didn't have the money at the time to get it.

I ordered from Vistaprint because I keep getting email offers for 100 free postcards. I didn't use any of their templates. I used the Corel program to create it and Vistaprint has the option to upload your own design.

I downloaded a 30 day free trial of Corel Photo Pro x3. It's a program that Corel made to be alot like Adobe Photoshop. Not as good but you can still get alot of cool stuff done that you can't do with the Paint program on your computer. Then I would upload the final design on Vistaprint.

You can download the free trial here: http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/us/en/Product/1208530085925#versionTabview=tab1&tabview=tab7
