Thanks for showing the feathers Susan! Ivonne, I'm so glad you like yours! I promise to get more made soon. I have feathers but now I need more gems/pendants. But I can get those locally. The next round is going to be awesome! : )
Here are a couple pics of my set up.
This is my regular set up.

and this is my compact princess set which I use when I am asked to dress as a princess and know that I will only be painting princess and butterfly faces. It looks much better carrying a dainty set when I'm in a gown!

I love your neat compact setup and please post the photo of the costume that goes with the pink setup (I hope you will bring to the jam).

I remember the one on wheels you brought to your first jam was so innovative and great for outdoor fairs and such ; )

Great to hear you're creating feather head bands again. I will bring my 'jewels' to add a personal touch to mine at the Woodbridge Jam. Have I got a surprise for you!

Now that's a Princess with STYLE! It really looks great but not costumey at all. I'm sure it is a huge hit indeed to have their very own princess at their party! I can imagine the look on the hostess's face when she opens the door and there ya are ; )
Ive seen so many of those gorgous dresses at the thrift shops for next to nothing.

Treasures indeed, Erica! I found the zippered jewelry roll that holds 150 of my stencils & clear case for my glitter tats along with several cases I use for my art supplies at the thrift shop, among other things ; )

I posted the two photos taken last night of my setup at Fuddruckers and added them to my post on the first page of this thread.

At my Jam, we all had a fun tour of everyone's setup to discover more nifty supply goodies, compact cases & boxes. I'm looking forward to seeing more setup photos here for tips & inspiration, too. Hint, Hint Erica & Metina!

Wow! You all have such clean-cut and professional looking setups! Mine isn't so well organized, but it works for me, which I suppose is what counts. I use a tabletop/locker organizer that I picked up at Wally world during back-to-school season to organize my glitter, small palletes, and other miscellaneous accessories. I have two director chairs, as I almost always paint along with my mom, and our booth is usually set up in a "T" where the bulk of out supplies is on the leg of the "T" and extra stuff and jugs of extra water are on the back table. The back table also provides a nice 'back' to the booth in situations that we don't have a canopy to set up. It keeps the particularly mishievious kids in our line of sight.

This is what my set-up is - right now anyway! It never seems to stay exactly the same for too long.

I bring along my director's chair, and I just finished those tablecloths the night before this event, haha. Phew! My bucket for dirty sponges was behind me, and my mirror is in the side pocket of my chair.

Don't think I have a great pic of my actual PAINT set up but here are my festival tent settings......the last one I used for a small charitable event and used my small 9x9 tent. The others are under 10x10 easy ups.

I found one of those vinyl jewlry rolls at a second-hand store, brand new, for 50 cents! I only have a few stencils, but I can't wait to organize em!

Hey everyone! Go check out Lonewolf's setup in her gallery! Tres-Mucho-Uber Swank!

My setup. This does not include my Glitter Tattoo or balloon twisting stuff. My table is getting smaller(or is it my supplies are getting bigger? I love you
It all fits in a metal briefcase... except the chair & table... lol!
I love these little water buckets. They are perfect for bringing water & easy to clean out. For indoor events I carry 2, one to dump my old coffee water(not as big a problem now that I've learned to keep it cleaner) & one for my clean water.
Right now I don't have a display board. I only want to put my work on it, so it's in the making.

Love the Water buckets. Those could also be handy for holding a tent down (I often run into a lot of wind here on the Tally Coast)

I rarely remember to bring my camera to gigs and if I do I usually forget to bring it out in the process. I'll see if I can't get a picture of my setup while I'm using it, but it pretty much looks the same with the exception of the brushes being loaded with paint, glitter being everywhere and my hair standing on end.

The gecko works great for my smoothies as long as there's no wind.
