Post Away!

Am uploading to 'host an image', not working. Do I need to upload somewhere else then come back? Seems odd!

I have no images at all in the gallery, as it says it is full. Surely, I don't have to post a link, it says the images can't be used anywhere else. I have some great pics!

I think you can add the picks by going to host image above ( bottom left hand side) and then browse your photos. You can adjust the size to a smaller setting also, so it won't appear so big. Than copy and paste link. Just trying to help. I hope I can.

My very first contest entry (ever!) I'm calling this one "Diving Mermaid"   
So very grateful for all of you here. I'm brand new to face painting and you've all been such an enormous help.

This mermaid has been underwater for awhile and is a little scared of humans. She doesn't collect thing-a-bobs and hoozzits and definitely won't be giving up her voice to be with Prince Charming.

I used Wolfe metallics in green,blue and gold and Wolfe black and diamond FX white.  Added texture using BAM stencil 1035 and used a number 3 round brush and sponges. Added FPF shop blue fairy glitter at the end.

First contest entered. Great job everyone! I decided to do a mermaid little girls would (probably) want. Initially I wanted to do a dark mermaid, but wasted that concept on my mannequin head then did something completely different on myself.

I just have to say, this contest is amazing. All creative people will understand what I mean! I want to paint 10 designs. Fantasy is so much fun.

I used kryolan teal and white, dfx uv yellow, purple and blue. Mehron white liquid, and powdered gold and silver.

Is it okay to do one you wouldn't necessarily do on a customer? I would like to enter this competition, having never entered one before but I want to make my design elaborate, with many layers... Is that okay?

The  trick to a great picture is afternoon light and a open door with no flash. It always makes the end pic more rich. I was thinking Monster highish mermaid.
