3 Weeks Left!

I haven't been around for 3 months. I don't know everyone all that well, as I still consider myself a "new" face painter so I'm not sure anyone noticed I was gone....LOL. I am so happy I had an extra 1/2 hour this morning to catch up on most of what I have missed!

I have been MIA since March on here as I have been going to school.....and in 3 weeks I will have a diploma in Make Up Artistry! My challenge right now is to get through the remainder of the course as now classes are filled with practice for the provincial exam (MUAs are licensed in Nova Scotia) so I spend my classroom days applying a day make up (in 30 minutes) transforming it to night and applying false strip lashes (another 30 minutes). My face is awful as 3 days a week it gets washed a minimum of 4 times that day. As soon as I graduate I am going to get a facial!!!!

My face painting business has suffered slightly (well a lot) as one of my class days are Saturdays - but I feel in the long term the business will benefit! Now that most of the "learning" has passed, I am super excited to start visiting the forum again.

I am also super excited to pick up my paints, as I have only painted about twice during my course. I have missed painting so much! I would have had some time to paint today, but my husband accidentally took my kit to work with him today. BOO!

Anyhow I just wanted to say hello and I've missed reading everyone's posts!
