Fesspenter and I will be painting at the Georgetown Soccer Club for Opening day today!

It is my first busy PPF event and I'm nervous, but Fessy has been very helpful along the way lol. I keep asking her if she has this, if she has that, who's float do we use, who's board do we use... I have been a total basket case to her haha!

But the day is here, and I will finally get to work along side Lisa

So wish us luck and prosperity lol

Goodluck! The nerves will ware off after the 3rd kid. You’ll be amazed just how much faster you’ll be by the end of the day! Try not to be a perfectionist, kids don’t care if it’s perfect. I know it’s hard, but if a child looks particularly adorable, try and take a quick snapshot. I think most of us regret not taking the time to capture the ones we loved. It’s like writing a great poem and losing it. Stay hydrated, wear plenty of antiperspirant (sunscreen & bugspray too) and remember, YOU are in charge. I’m sure it will be awesome!

Great response! It's taken me a few PPF events to realize it doesn't have to be perfect! Parents are happy if their kid is happy, and the kid is always happy - or mesmerized at the transformation. I did cringe when sisters wanted to be painted the exact same thing, and I was worried they would be at home in the mirror comparing paint strokes. lol

I'm jealous! I want to paint with Fessy! What a great way to start PPF. Share with us after you survive.

It was very slow.
And...
It was GREAT!
Jessica and I just kibitzed all day.
It was SO funny swapping horror stories.
Jessica has a deadpan delivery whist delivering some of these stories.
She cracked me up.
I had a truly great day.
Yeah... we did not come out ahead on the money area today, we came out ahead on the funny area. I think I needed today.
I gave away my three bookings to my team members and gambled on painting with Jessica. I feel richer. Afterward, I got to take Jessica to her next booking, and then Holland and I went out for dinner at a really nice restaurant.
I had a nap and then I went on the Forum.
It was a good day.

Yes, unfortunately I made around $30 after travel, food, paying Holland, and painting all the soccer team girls for free lol

But, as Fesspenter said, we had a good time chatting in the freezing cold. I learned about her Sea monkey shots and I got to tell her mother about the one lady who told me I cost more than a hooker.

I actually forgot my Scentsy water bottle in Lisa's van when I arrived to my other booking, and they were so kind enough to bring it back to me! Remind me to give you some Scentsy samples, Lisa
