Craft glitter: Polyester and .008 microns- Safe?

We all know glitter is expensive. I read on one modeling site that there is no such thing as cosmetic grade glitter and on another face painting site that glitter is fine for the face as long as it is polyester and .008 microns or smaller. A purse making site says that glitter labeled Ultra Fine is .008 microns.

So... Hobby Lobby has Ultra Fine polyester glitter that is WAY cheaper. Safe? Thoughts?

I dunno about he safety of the glitter you speak of .. But, they do ha e. eauticul colors!

I wait until I need a lot and buy 200$ worth to get the wholesale discount.
They have some nice colors.

Wish I could find a source for bulk.
