oooh that one does have pop Fanie! The Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush line glitter eyeliner is fragrance free and pretty respectable as far as performance and looks, plus right now they are 2 for $12.

I love it for my personal use when I need a little extra quick "bling"! And for the record am not a fan of little re-dippable applicator type makeup for use on clients.

I LOVE the glitter eyeliner from Hot Topic. I believe the brand they carry is Morbid Makeup.

I like the lise. Nice colors, but way too much money in my book.
