Using PayPal invoices AS a contract of sorts? Empty Using PayPal invoices AS a contract of sorts?

I'm getting pretty sick of having a PDF contract...I hate having to hassle people to fill the dang thing out and get it back to me.

I think I recall someone saying they just use the PayPal invoice as their contract whilst collecting a deposit? What kind of verbiage do you use? Are there any downsides you've found?
