Hi this is Dan, we had you scheduled to paint from 11-4 today and it's 11:15.... are you lost???

I check my emails from this guy... He asked if I was available, I sent him a contract.... THAT WAS IT. No returned contract... nothing.

you should reply... nope not lost... but you should check on your brain as it seems to have wandered off... as you did not book me only inquired...

I have a new clause that states that UNTIL I receive the deposit, the party time & artist are not reserved....seems to help enlighten those that sit in darkness.

I don't take deposits, don't like to at all... Once I receive a contract it is booked though

I know, I rebelled against the idea for years...day after the lst booking was set, the client called & wanted to change to a day that was fully booked & wouldn't budge. I knew I had half payment. Finally settled for another artist at they only time available for them.

I've had it happen... But my person only called & asked if I was available. Then they call right as I'm leaving a party & ask where I am (I barely remember talking to them). I said, "You called & asked my availability, but I don't have a signed contract for you or a deposit. These are requirements to be booked by me. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but all my entertainers are fully booked today." I honestly think he dropped the ball & was trying to make it look like it was me to his girlfriend so he wouldn't be sleeping on the couch
