Check this site - I just sent a cease and desist to them.

Appears they have stolen from the Snazaroo.us contest pages.

Re: Stolen photos
BTW... the text of my cease and desist email/letter is:
To whom it may concern:
On this site at http://www.dariasaccents.com/uploads/7/6/5/6/7656576/428630_orig.jpeg
you have posted a image of a Rockhopper Penquin face painting (which displays the Snazaroo logo on the bottom right corner) identified as image "birdman" that is my photo taken by me of my work. I own the sole rights to that photo as it is a copyrighted image.
You can see it posted on the SNAZAROO commercial site posted at http://www.snazaroo.us/09/9birdmask.htm and it is the photo #8. The photo is posted to the SNAZAROO web site with my permission. You will note the text that states clearly that the image is protected by copyright and may not be used without the owner's written permission. You are in violation of that copyright. That copyright is protected worldwide.
At this point I am asking you nicely to remove MY IMAGE from your posting (in all forms and in all locations) in the next 72 hour period. Again, you are in violation of copyright laws. I will check back in 72 hours to see that this is done. When the image is removed I would appreciate an e-mail notice that the image has been removed.
Also, do not use my photographs for any purpose without my express written permission. Any and all photos you are currently using, publishing, displaying or storing should immediately be deleted, destroyed and removed as required.
I will also be letting face painters who own the other photos you are displaying know that you are using their work.
Guide yourself acccordingly.

Re: Stolen photos
Got a response fairly quickly... the old "my web designer did it".... she said she will get them taken down.
Honestly, if you are web designer do you just randomly steal photos of the web to put on clients' pages?????
These were all reasonablely good paintings of a similar skill level... don't think your average "web designer" would be that discerning.

Re: Stolen photos
It's always someone else's fault. Take accountability people! Heck even my 7 yr knows better. Admit the truth. You don't in as much trouble.
Re: Stolen photos
The butterfly all the way at the end...that was likely her work.
The awesome leopard, yeah, the copyright from czechface-painting is on the bottom right hand corner...
