The forum shop does not sell glitter tattoo stencils (as far as I know).
I bought my stencils from Faketoos but as far as a kit goes, I'm not sure which is the best one.

I get my supplies from Glimmer as well and I design all my stencils depending on the event. I use Adobe Illustrator and a plotter to make them.
