Often the holidays bring depression and sadness to some people. Maybe they have financial issues, lost a loved one or whatever. So if you've got good taste holiday humor you can share, please do. Here's mines:
With the kids grown and gone, I figured I'd put up a smaller Christmas tree this year.

Re: Holiday Humor
Here's one for ya...........
My 12 year old daughter who by the way still believes in the man in the red suit.......lolol had the nerve to actually put on her christmas list that we just had to take to the big red mail box at Macy's that she wants a kitchen in her bedroom 'cuz she doesn't want to have to get up and go alllllllllll the way to the kitchen every time she wants something.
As she faithfully mailed it looking at me with her big green eyes so sull of hope and anticipation............
I looked at her with one eyebrow raised and a smirk on my face and replied
"Yeah right Good Luck with that one"

Re: Holiday Humor
Hi all,
I would like to share an experience with all of you, about drinking and driving in this festive season.
As you well know, some of us have been known to have had brushes with the authorities on our way home from various social outings over the years.
A couple of nights ago, I was out face painting with some friends. Afterwards we had a few beers and several rather tasty jello-shooters. Knowing full well I may have been slightly over the limit, I did something I've never done before - I took a bus home.
I arrived home safely and without incident, which was a real surprise, as I have never driven a bus before and don’t know where I got it!
Merry Christmas! Love and laughter to you all!.

I'm passing this on because it worked for me today... Dr Oz on TV said that to reach inner peace we should always finish things we start, & we all could use more calm in our lives. I looked around my house to find things I'd started & hadn't finished, so I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, tha mainder of Valiuminun scriptins, an a box a chocletz. Yu haf no idr how fablus I feel rite now. Sned this to all who need inner piss. An telum u luvum. Wuv U

Ahhh hahahahahahahahaha! you guys are too funny, almost spit out my coffee,
LOL whobwhate, I love how the spelling starts to deteriorate as you read along hahaha .
Awww Changing, come on, get her a kitchen
My daughter will be 12 the end Of next month and she still believes, I think is awesome!
My 8 yr old son came home with a letter he wrote to Santa asking for an "ORFIN" child so he could have a nice life with our family. Then he drew himself, sister and brother plus a dog. Like that's going to happen lol

Re: Holiday Humor
I would have to run out to a toy store and purchase one of those little kiddie play kitchens....could never pass up that opportunity....remember beware of what you ask for. At her age a Barbie one would be a hoot!
Re: Holiday Humor
MeeMee, I love that tree idea! Will have to borrow it! You ladies are all so funny; thanks for the laughs!

Re: Holiday Humor
I sooooooo wish I would have thought about getting a toy kitchen, that would have been classic. As it turns out she hasn't mentioned anything more about the kitchen.
Re: Holiday Humor

Now when you say took a bus home, do you mean you caught the bus or do you mean you actually drove the bus home? lol
