Face Painting Humor I'll share mine- Please add more!

A sense of humor helps in this business more that any other- except maybe stand-up.

I have a zippered tip bag I keep pre-primed and ready, but sometimes my teen sons need cash or a loan.

Since it is filled with glitter-covered ones and fives, one of said sons teased once, "So Mom, have you been strippin'?"

We now refer to the bag of ready cash as "Mom's Stripper Money"!

I just love to answer the question, "Will it wash off?" with "No! Never!"



.....and wait for a reaction. I'm so bad. :-)

Parent: "Will it wash off easily?"
Me: "Oh, yeah for sure, I think gorilla glue only takes a few weeks to come off"

I always say--no, it's permanent, but you can use acetone/benzine/paint remover...after about the 3rd item, they get that it's a joke...

I just say, why would you want to wash it off?? you don't like it?! hehe..

we were looking for a tool box to convert into my kit, and found a rolling station at Walmart. Hubby thought it looked sturdy enough to sit on, and when he did, it flew out from under him, depositing him on the floor.

I painted at an office one year for Halloween day it was all adults no kids. It was going great they were being creative and wanting makeup to match their costumes... it was all good until I got asked from a guy to make him Chuck Norris. I responded without even thinking about it frankly as " Im a face painter not a plastic surgeon" ever since then when I get the impossible... etc thats my line.

Love that! I got a guy last night who wanted to be scary--trouble was, he really really was already...so I told him I didn't think I could improve the look he had, but I could ad blood, bruises ad sores....which we did...
