There are so many beautiful Christmas designs in this thread! What a lifesaver and inspiration. I still need to come up with a couple of summer Christmas ones. I've got stuck in 'snow-mode'. 20+ years in NZ and I still miss white Christmasses.

Here's a santa/tree/chorister type design I made up tonight. I had fun experimenting, I hope you like it

I am proud to present my reindeer face (not my originally idea), the problem was that I had to take off the antlers because they were so tall and heavy and I had to hear the whole day the compliments about my cute kitty or puppy face. [img][/img]

Wow, loving all the inspiration...but does anyone have any ideas for a religious (Christian) themed face? I have my first NON birthday party gig coming up...at a Catholic pre-school. They've requested I just bring a board of a few easy (aka fast!) x-mas designs but asked if I could maybe throw in one religious themed design as well...other than an Angel, I'm kinda stumped

Christmas star! Or a blue background with a black silhouettedNativity something --ie: manger, camels, Mary, Joseph & Jesus (no I wasn't ciussing!), etc.

mommakat, TAG just put up one-stroke candles on their facebook page...very pretty. I would think that they would want generic things like jingle bells like Linda put up, holly, ribbon, candy canes, stars, snowflakes.

You all post some amazing works of art. I am always wondering when inspiration is going to find me. Well I got tired of waiting and went out to find it. I googled snow flakes and xmas. And now I have lots of ideas, here is what I put together.
This is my first post...lol im nervous and welcome any constructive criticism. Can anyone tell me how to help that poor elf or what I can replace him with? lol Thanks I really hit send

Tasha, I really like the swirls and the coloring. I love the tree too, maybe just a little smaller at the top but I think it matches well with the swirls. Maybe the elf could be in the blue range of colors?? He's plenty cute but his greenish skin is a little yellow based. You could use the same greens from the tree for his costume and make him white or pinkish.

I actually love it and will probably use the swirl pattern because you've got it down really well.
