Free hand glitter tattoos?
I want to learn to free hand tattoos, but am not sure how. The glue wand obviously won't work well so... How do I go about it? Do you draw one color and glitter it before moving on to the next? I would really appreciate a SBS if anyone is willing.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Re: Free hand glitter tattoos?
You just use a brush... whatever size you need for the size/shape of lines you want to do. A small angle is great for lettering, fine sables for drawing... clean them off right away with an alcohol wipe or dip and swipe them clean.
If you want to do one colour at a time, do it. I generally do the whole design, then apply the glitter where I want it with a palette knife or other small tool - it is easy enough to control.

Re: Free hand glitter tattoos?
I found some great glue that is in a fine tipped bottle, and I make glitter tattoo in henna style now-super popular![img][/img]
The one that was on my arm lasted for about 2 weeks, and probably would have been on longer, but I wanted to do a different design, so I scrubbed it off(alcohol for about 30 mins-ouch, it stays on good!-lol!). You can really see my mistakes on the purple one, wish I knew how to make the pics smaller-sorry!

I love the .5mm tip from Silly Farm on a Jacquard bottle for freehand tattoos. I also use a #3 round which I clean off in 99% isopropyl.

Re: Free hand glitter tattoos?
I have finally found the best bottes for it as I used to use old Glitzer/ glitter gel bottles but they loosen & pop, spraying glue all over, eventually. I can get even finer lines with mine.
I've put up a few youtubes of me using the bottles & screw-on tips I have, but not really any of actually glittering them although I did a few step by steps on my blog. I'm sure someone in the USA will sell them.

You can get super detailed with them and the tips are securely screwed on so no exploding off:)
