Re: made small (one stroke) designs for upcomping gigs
Hahaha - Ottergirl you honestly took the words out of my mouth!!! I actually was thinking it was like a lightning bolt of "AHA!" when I saw that soccer ball tute and then you said it! LOL! Thank you thank you, Pilareta, and also to whoever showed that to you!! I actually gently refused to do a soccer ball the other day because the girl was on her way to a soccer match and I was afraid it would look so bad it would be embarrassing. (I did the team's name across her forehead in their team colours instead)
Re: made small (one stroke) designs for upcomping gigs
thanks for all your lovely comments! and yes..you may use them! and I will do a step by step on the heart and wings and post them later...
I took the sheet with me on a job last saturday and everyone was very pleased with them..older girls and boys often don't want their whole faces painted, so something on their arm or cheek is a great solution then! and sooo quick!
and I will check the tag FB site..I remember that they have different pouncer ideas!!

Re: made small (one stroke) designs for upcomping gigs
use a half inch chiselbrush to create first half of heart, lay down flat and twist to one side and into a point and lift as you drag down..
then flip the brush and make the other side
using a flat brush create the form of the wings..lay the brush down flat and lift up and into a pointon the outside
use a round brush to make the teardrops from thick to thin and highlights
outline the design in black
also created some more

Michelle, those are awesome quick designs. I especially like the seahorse and the heart with wings.

ok.. that bee is so cute it's stupid. I want a SBS on THAT one. I have the soccerball sbs in my 3 min cheek art book. Maybe that's where it came from? Anyway.. that bee. sigh. SOOOO cute. I could PROBABLY figure it out, but I was wondering how you started it.
