Painted my first celebrity's kid yesterday! ***PIC ADDED***

I know it sounds silly, but I'm pretty stoked that after a birthday party yesterday the host (a friend of mine) told me that the first butterfly I painted was a celebrity's daughter. Apparently, when you are a busy and rich actor you hire a nanny/babysitter to take the kids to birthday parties so the parents weren't there.

Ok, I guess I should tell you who's daughter. It was Noah Wyle's almost 6 year-old daughter. I *think* it was a rainbow butterfly I painted on her.

I love Noah Wylie...too bad you didn't get to see him.

Neat!! I didn't recognize the name but when I googled him his very familiar face appeared, and in many of the photos he had his children with him. I love that you got to paint his cute daughter!

Thats awesome!!! but it goes to show, when we are working and trying to get all the little one's in we don't really notice everything!... Too bad you couldn't get him to say something about it, if they loved it!

I would too - it keeps the spotlight from turning on him, and firmly on his daughter's friend (the birthday child).

That is awesome. A thought on the parents not being there. Perhaps the celebrity did not want their presence at the party to overshadow the children's day or take the focus off the birthday girl?

You never know when your going to get a chance like that and you don't have to be in CA. There are celebrities living in UT. NY. Florida, Texas, TN. MO. So you never know when my Daughter was a toddler we were at a Parents as Teachers play group with one of Marie Osmonds kids. Even ran into Marie and Olive at Walmart getting school supplies.

That's awesome! Now you can write on your website that you are the "face painter to the stars!" (or stars' children!) ;-)
