Ben 10 Ben 10 Ben 10 - practice pics added

Hey guys, I have a Ben 10 party booked for this weekend.. very last minute booking so, I have read the posts b4 about ben, but I am wondering if anyone has pics that they have taken recently of there ben 10 faces?? I only have 3 days, please help me out if you can.. thanks Kylie

I had a Ben 10 party request this last summer and was FREAKING out about having to learn a million alien faces, but the lady canceled me because they were having a water slide. I was kind of relieved. Right before she canceled I went to Walmart and looked at the Ben 10 toys, the faces on the toys are simplified a little and a good place to start when trying to lay out the designs, they also only carry toys of the MOST popular characters. I took pictures of the toys close up and was going to start there. I never even started practicing before she canceled so I don't have any pictures of painted faces, and I think I deleted the close up pics of the toys, but maybe that same idea would work for you?

I have done a few Ben 10 parties.... I have tried painting those damn aliens and I'll tell you on ehting - THEY ALL LOOK TERRIBLE!!
The faces are so basic when you face paint them it just looks basic with no detail and it sucks. I paint the omnitrix ( if you don't know what that is your in trouble) hahaha it's the watch thingy Ben wears.

I have seen Ben 10 painted by Lisa Joy YOung there is a video if you search for it - but mos little boys don't like haveing their eyes painted - oh they will tell you they don't mind and then sqeeze their eyes all up so you can't paint a thing on them.

Usually at these parties - only the birthday kid really wants a BEN 10 design - the rest don't care - so I would find out from the mum who is his favourite Ben 10 alien - and work on doing that one just for him.
At one party I had a whole poster of the 52 Bad Aliens and the 10 or 12 good ones so the kids could choose..... I did two aliens and the other kids could see it wasn't my forte and chose other things...
the kids that get the Ben 10 faces have to walk around for the day telling everyone what they are because they are pretty unrecognizable.

good luck with that! i haven't as yet done any Ben 10 themed parties but i have done Ben 10 requests. They come up and ask for Ben 10 (like the character) and i say i cant paint a face on you face..... but you can be forearms or have a Ben 10 watch. they usually pick one of them. I choose forearms cause he looked the easiest to do. if you do try and get a whole reportior of faces go with the original 10. (theres hundreds now)

I had one last spring and practiced all kinds of designs, including the full face that's on youtube, the omnitrix watch and the ben 10 logo.

Not one kid wanted a Ben 10 design, they all wanted super heroes and such.
