For those of you with teenage Hellers, what do I need to do to keep it legal? My 14 yo niece wants to be my glitter tat helper. I assume that I have to keep it all legal to be able to insure her. Yes? Maybe? Please help.

Check with your insurance company. I have to insure my 14 year old daughter, it is not expensive, and having her do tatttoos while I paint can triple my $'s. She can tattoo 3 or 4 to every face I do.
