Really well done! I especially like the 'crater' at the top of your head - it completely looks raised and that red bit of brain in the middle looks SO sore!

Thanks everyone!! I really did have a ball today with that face. So didn't want to wash it off. Even stuck my head over the fence and scared the kids next door!! Bwahahaha

Now that is art that speaks to me! We have one month left to go before I can send mine back out. I think summer holidays are too long- everyone starts to get bored and restless--- and moms go crazy!

Well mine go on holiday for 6 weeks at the end of next week so expect that face in about a months time.

Only six weeks? We got out on May 27th and don't go back till August 17th! That's like twice as long. My hair is begining to fall out...

In Spain children finish school on June 22nd till September 15th, so it´s veeeery looooong! (and yes, I´m going crazy )

That's almost too scary for Halloween! You could save money on candy by scaring the kids at the door! Love it and the facial expressions make it even scarier!

My kids (in ontario, Canada) finish school at the end of June and go back on the 7th September. I like the hol's though - it means I don't have to pack lunches before I go to bed at night (my day job starts at 5am.)

Wow Sophie, we got out the 22nd and don't go back in until august 30th I think.

See? too long. I can plan to do a few fun things in the summer, I can keep my kids reasonably entertained for a few hours all the other days- but by the second month we're all just.. bored. And, sad to say, a bit tired of each other! I honestly don't know how home school parents do it. I really would like to see summer break shortened, and the spring/fall extended to even things out.

Also, Rae, in case I didn't say- this if FAB. What book did you say it was from?

I agree with you Sophie, I would love for the kids to have one week or a few days vacation in between a month or two of school.
I think that by August we are driving each others crazy hahaha

We go to the pool and the beach a lot, my kids love it so if they could be there every day they would.

Ahhh school holidays don't you just love em! We have a bit of a diff set up to you folks in the US & Canada. We're only currently on 2 weeks hols for this time of year (don't forget we're in the middle of Winter at the mo) The longest break we have is also in our Summer but it's only 6 weeks. Geez imagine what I'd look like after your Summer break!!!
