I am wanting to get a banner for a craft fair around our local court house. Where my spot has been in front of the court house the last 3 years, last year was my first time face painting, my spot is at the end near the steps that lead up from the sidewalk/street with the back of the tent facing the street. I want to put the banner on the backside of my tent I have a few designs what do you all think personally I like the middle one and it is the cheapest $40 for a 3'x10', let me know if I need to move something or add to it.

I find the font on the middle one hard to read... and I would add a phone number or website to it

I agree with Perry, the font on #1 and #3 are much better and make phone/website is listed. Also, think about how your tent canopy might cover the name of your business unless you're standing directly in front of the banner, especially if the banner is just under the canopy edge. You might want your business name to run along the bottom of the banner for easier visibility from afar?

The deadspace in the middle is killing it.
Without drawing it out, what about this layout?

I like the first one best. The middle one is hard to read and the last one it seems like the words overpower the pictures a bit.

Thanks to everyone's help here are some revisions that I did, the face painting side those pictures are going to be place holders for right now I will hopefully get better pictures this weekend and the 2 pictures for the airbrush are just place holders too. then I have another one where instead of the actual tattoos I put up some of the designs. Any one the background can be white or black.

I'd be nervous that your top might get cut off. Maybe switch your 'catchphrase' with your name?

The space in the middle with the "splotch" still seems like dead space to me... Maybe put your business name right in the middle with the pictures around it? You don't necessarily need more than one picture for each. It's nice to have pictures on it, but you don't HAVE to have any pictures on it at all if it doesn't fit the way you want it to.

The revisions are great! I agree with Perry's latest suggestions above, too. If you do use pics I would do just one of the face painting and one or two of the airbrush tat design images (I like the hibiscus and dragon). Smile

My banner options Magnet10

Thats a banner/magnet I created from vista print. Hope maybe the layout and arrangement will give you ideas. But it looks great what you've got so far. I wouldnt suggest white, I mean mine does get dirty but I'd be worried about the black fading as well.

I've had two black banners for over a year and half and they haven't faded at all.. you have to make sure they are made for outdoors.
I like the last one you did..... becarefull it doesn't get too busy.
Mine Just says " Face and Body Painting" and then "Face art by Tash" underneath it. I had three days to make it happen so I was lucky I pulled it off in the end. I would love to get some new ones.
I got the original one split into two and made one fat and one skinny one out of the 1m across... so I got two for one..... that's my smart sneaky man.
I will say though.... Pink and black are my company's colours but the pink will not print as bright as you want it.... so becarefull cause mine lost their 'pop' that they had when we designed them. the lettering is more a magenta.... purple pink.... it's readable.... but has little impact.
I'll see if i can find a decnt pic but I dont think I have one.
