Re: Your KIT!!! (Pics)
I use a Kobalt rolling tool box to put the bulk of my stuff in. It can be found at Lowes. Kobalt products have a lifetime guarantee meaning if it breaks or falls apart then Lowes will replace it no questions asked. Thought it was a good buy. I keep my paints in a poker chip case that I found on Amazon.
Everything packed up-
What it looks like inside the rolling cart-
Everything unloaded on my 3 1/2 foot fold-up table from Kmart-

What everything looks like all together under the tent minus the tent walls and table cloth. (forgot the table cloth)
Re: Your KIT!!! (Pics)

Thanks Barb! I started with a bunch of stuff but as time went on I realized what I use most and needed. I sold alot of the extra stuff and kept things simple. I made the poster on a photo editing program and had it made at Vistaprint. By the way, Groupon has a Vistaprint offer going on right now, $70 worth of merchandise for $17.
Re: Your KIT!!! (Pics)
yes i use vista print for alot of my small banners i wait till they are free..get them one at a time lol....i get my business cards there also...
Re: Your KIT!!! (Pics)
I'm pretty excited about my new set-up I got the table from Costco for $17 and attached a trunk organizer from Canadian Tire for extra storage (mirror, camera, postcards, business cards...). I screwed a towel ring to the side of the table to hang my hand towel on to keep my work table open.
The bag is a really nice duffle bag from Winners on clearance for $44, it's some Cynthia Rowley brand regular $125. It holds a lot of stuff and I think it's pretty nice looking.
The Snazaroo tub has a bunch of little toys for birthday kids that I bring, and under it is the table cloth I bring if I use a customer's table.
Anyway, I love my little get up It's very lightweight and I can get everything in the house in one trip.

Just one question, Jessica...
Do the sponges in the ice cube container mean that you don't use one sponge per face? Not getting down on you, as I began that way (one sponge per color).
I have found that it really is easy to have the one sponge per face method and it was a worthwhile investment to buy the sponges on Amazon that I bought.
It definitely gives me a better peace of mind!

Re: Your KIT!!! (Pics)
Actually miss Ronnie, most of those are just for show. I just use one sponge.
Kidding! I have only used one per colour so far because I find it saves a lot of paint. I jut went out and got the big car wash sponge from Canadian Tire and I plan on switching to one per face to appeal to more parents. I'm working on one brush per face too... Ugh..

So...how do you turn a fatmax into a table?? That's cool. I need more space and I'm considering buying one. My little tool box is over full and I want to be able to transport my new air brush things as well. Any ideas?
Re: Your KIT!!! (Pics)
you open the lid of the fat max and put either foam board on the top. what I have on mine is a cork board in a frame on mine..I put a hole in the middle on each side and i bungie it to the lid of the fat max...here is a better pic .[img][/img]
Re: Your KIT!!! (Pics)
My airbrush tattoo kit is a fatmax. When i am setting up, i dig whatever out of the top that i am likely to need, then close the lid.
I have super duper velcro on the lid that i attach a small board to (which also has velcro.)
You can add custom things to the piece of board. For me i added holders for my airbrushes and also have an itty bitty popup trash can that velcros to that..
Lemme see if i can find a pic.. :/ maybe on my home computer

to set up I just put it all out on table. The witch shoe is my brush holder, a yard sale find of 50 cents. Roller up in the pirate chest is my banner and 3 handheld mirrors. Not very professional, but Im happy with it. for now, lol
Taradoodles, where did you get you suitcase... I'm in LOVE with it!
Re: Your KIT!!! (Pics)
OMGosh! I need that chest! I'm working on a Pirate costume as an "add on" to my face painting! Sooo cute!
