So where are all the grazing animals? I went Aussie on this one - technically an emu is an omnivore but apparently they have a wide soft beak for grazing grass. I just think they're funny and it was what DH came up with when I told him this weeks animal...

Hey skidzz thanks for the kind words, I don't think this challenge has to be done in 5 mins though. IMO it's so we can all get creative with new things & keep us all painting often. Very Happy

Okay, week 2: Grazing animals.....hmmmm, no willing victims to paint, so it will have to be a cheekart (or a cheeky gra-nimal). Can't leave Riana hanging out here with the only post for this week!

Yes your right.... sorry about that... its my closed head injury shining thru... I thought I was in the 5 min tag thread, ( I think)

Ok... so my daughter thought that a buffalo was the best for the grazing animal... kinda in honor of my dad, he passed away in December last year.

Great stuff! I did this for a kids dentist office that has a safari theme. I did all the employees faces & they put them on their website. This is their latest employee(done yesterday).

OK her is my offering for the grazing animal.......my zebra. I tried to do this without a visual reference to see how well it would come out. I may try it again with a visual to see how much of an improvement I could make.

I am trying to challenge myself to do things without looking at pics first to see how close I can get. I'm guessing this would help when I get asked to do things on the fly.

I already know I got thrown off with the direction of my striping pattern.
I got perfecting tiger stripes so ingrained in my head...kinda hard to switch it up. Well anyway here it is.
