Please join us on the "Weekly Animal Challenge"
Hello there, just wanted to invite you to join the "Weekly Animal Challenge"
The flower a day thread got me so motivated (Thank you Linda!) that I thought why not try an animal a week. You can do cheek art, a mask, full face, body art, whatever you want.
I was chatting with some ladies tonight about dolphins so I thought maybe that should be our 1st animal but to have more to options I think we should do "SEA LIFE" what do you guys think?
If you have a suggestion for next week just let us know.
Thanks everyone and enjoy painting!

Re: Please join us on the "Weekly Animal Challenge"
Hey! I never saw the flower a day thread where have I been? Not good
Anyway, I like the idea of animal a week Maggie!!!! Count me in.....and yes "FISH" is a good theme to start off with. Especially since I really don't like doing them so this will push me to come up with something. So every Sunday a new animal of the week will be unvailed?

Synni the jellyfish is cool...feelin wee bit bad for the little guy in the tentacles! LOL
The nostril fish eyes are great Definitely can see the kiddos going for that one
Peachy I'm all about the pouncer fish...great technique
Abril I have yet to attempt the shark eye. This is cool. Maybe I will attempt one this week for challenge

Re: Please join us on the "Weekly Animal Challenge"
Great idea. I might join you next month on this thread, but don't think I can handle too many challenges
Re: Please join us on the "Weekly Animal Challenge"
Gloriaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha!
OH NO!!!!! You have been missing out the flower thread/ you have a lot of catching up to do girl joke.
Synni, I love, love, love your jelly fish!
Peachy, those little fish are soooooo cute, loving the fins and tails. I bought some of those mops and have not used them yet. I don't even know where they are.
Abril, great idea on the shark, I have done one before but it goes all the way down to the mouth, It never looks like a shark, this is a much better choice for me.
Hope you can sneak a little fish here and there!

Re: Please join us on the "Weekly Animal Challenge"
Here's some fish I've done in the past. I think they're a direct copy of someone else on here.
Re: Please join us on the "Weekly Animal Challenge"
Yay! I know what you mean Changing, the one flower a day could get to be a lot although I need to pressure to paint lol
Sea life I guess is a better name for this week. I'll edit my post in a second.
Linda, I love those little fish, they are just too cute.

Real quick seahorse. I couldn't work the mirror today so it's on the arm.
Re: Please join us on the "Weekly Animal Challenge"
OMGosh Sam, that is so beautiful! I just love it I love the pattern of the background, barely there but goes perfectly with the seahorse.
BTW what yellow did you use, and what brown is that one on the pattern?

Ohh.....I love sea horses. So pretty.
I may have a go this week sometime. I am having all 4 wisdom teeth out Thursday and I will be off work for a few days. Not sure how creatuive I will be on my meds.
