Hello from Ontario (near Toronto)
Hello fellow face painters!
I must say the photos of face painting in this forum are might impressive!
I wonder if you could hlep me with something. I have been aked to face paint at a
bridal shower this Sunday. Any ideas as to what I should paint on these ladies who are in their 20's.
I'm thinking of maybe a dragonfly at a wrist, butterfly on a shoulder but I'd like more creative ideas. Thanks. I'm a little apprehensive about this new task.

Welcome to the forum! Women are simple. They just want to feel pretty for the most part. Get to know each person. Ask if they prefer frilly or dark, if they have favorite colors... things like that. Adults usually have a decent idea of what they like so it helps you to come up with something well suited for them. Here are some adult friendly designs.

Thanks for your suggestions.
I love those roses. Looks like you used a double loaded
flat brush. Am I right? I remember doing them when I was a folk art painter. Marianne

Hello & welcome. Simple colorful bases work with swirls & twirls arounf the eyes. Glittler. Maybe flowers.
Re: Hello from Ontario (near Toronto)
Hello & Welcome! yeah you should try to come up with a few simple eye designs then some butterfly and flowers the best thing is to have some sort of template with you for them to choose from that way they are not jsut naming off the wall stuff at you and it making it harder, I have found when i do party's and they ask for something that i have never done Yes! it is great practice but myself i like to get something down pat before i add it to my template because i feel it looks horrific even though they love it, IDK maybe my judmental coming into play. i am my worst critque. All in all just have fun and enjoy yourself.
