Photography Agreement Empty Photography Agreement

Post by Kristal Mon Nov 01, 2010 8:02 pm

I am doing another belly tomorrow (YAY!), but this time I'm working with photographers (2 of them) whom I've never met, let alone worked with. We've been in email contact so they know I want a fully TFImages shoot, but we've agreed that doing all of the paperwork is still the best/safest/smartest way to do things.

I have my model release, but I'm wondering about a photographer's agreement? The one photog who replied to my last email said they have their own paperwork, but it may be best if I have my own as well, anyway. How do you word things? I want to just make it clear that we are collaborating, and I want use of images of my art on her body in their photographs.

Does anyone have one they can share?! I'm trying to amend my model release to cover photographers too, but I'm having a total brain block.

TIA!

Hmmmm...good question. I've worked with professionals, but just received the images from them. I've never had a contract. I have a model release.

I usually have them watermark the photos with their name on it to give them credit and then they don't charge me for the images. I just bought a good camera so I can take my own photos, when I can't get a pro quickly.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.
