Webs.com Service Agreement? Empty Webs.com Service Agreement?

I've noticed that some people on the forum are able to have their Service Agreement/Contract right on their website, and allow the user to type their name at the bottom as a digital signature.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do with a free website on Webs.com?
