Mine went off today... I had two choices - airmail which is approximately 2 weeks OR surface which would mean you MIGHT get it by Valentines Day .... 2025!!!

So... my recipient will have to be a little patient because when Canada Post says "up to 10 business days" it means 20!

I had promised to make note of this and almost forgot! It was requested by a swap participant that I remind everyone here to be sure to package your packages up well. Especially so there are no loose items rolling around your box/envelope.

It has been brought to my attention that some of the packages going out are not being packaged well and items have arrived damaged. (Not just in the swaps but the swap board too) so I just wanted to put that out there.

Bubble wrap is your friend! Very Happy

I reused the padded bubble envelope my order was shipped to me in, AND for some freaky reason the Post Office didn't postmark the stamps on the front when it came from Metina! I asked the clerk at the PO, and she said I could just use the same stamps since they weren't canceled, I recycled and saved postage! Woo Hoo!

Yes I am pathetic... I've been trying since yesterday to order my prezzie and I still haven't managed to do it... basically I've now thrown myself on Metina's mercy. Embarassed

I buy stuff from retailers with online stores BUT I make side arrangements by email and send money orders, etc.

To tell you the truth I tried to get you other G.C from the places you had on your wishlist, but I was having lots of problems trying to pay for it here and getting it ship to you..Same thing happened here but Metina came to my rescue...Hope she is able to help you soon.. Wink
