Hello!

I was wondering if anyone has some ideas for painting girls faces for a high school Homecoming football game. Their mascot is the Husky and their colors are royal blue and white. I was thinking of maybe doing some fancy eyes with paw prints at the eye corners....or something with the paw and some claw marks. Any ideas out there???

Thanks a million!

I do my usual designs, but incorporate the team/school colors into the design & the team element(like you said, paw prints or tiger stripes or jaguar spots, etc).
You could also do a husky face. There are some cute ones out there.

Thanks, Linda! I didn't think about using the school colors in a traditional design, but that is a GREAT idea. I also found a picture online of scratch marks and a paw print with claws which might do well, too. I played around last night with writing "BEWARE of the DOG!" in blood red. Can't wait to do it 'for real' on Thursday night!

Thanks again for your help! I checked out your website and your talent is AMAZING!! Maybe one day I'll be brave enough to tackle a pregnant tummy!

Awe... Thanks Embarassed

Another fun thing to do is splatter "blood" across any scratch marks using red face paint. The kids love it & it gives that finishing touch.

Post some pics of your designs!

Thanks again, Linda, for the splatter idea! I am not quite sure how to do it, but I'll play around with it a little tonight. I did post a few pictures today on my photo page, but at this point I am just following designs I have found on You Tube or Silly Farm. I am going to post a picture or two of the designs for Homecoming that I practiced today.

Just did a homecoming game. Most girls were going to dance after, so they didn't want anything too intense. Mainly paw prints with school initials over the top (in their colors), or shooting star with initials and # of "their" player or grad year.
