Does Electric Snazaroo need an outlet?
Just kidding! But now that you're here, can anyone tell me what Electric Snazaroo means? More glittery? Brighter? I haven't tried any. If any one has any pictures, that would be great too!
Thanks!
Thanks!

lol, clever! Electric colors to me have a built in sparkle, some, like the blue, make amazing butterflies when you use them as a base color, then line work over top, and finish with glitter. Girls love that design, and for boys...everyone knows that dragon's skin "sparkles" so I can get away with useing electric colors on them. If you are looking for brighter colors then try a few of the neons, not only do they glow under blacklight, but in the daylight they can really stop the crowd! Now the metalic colors can give off a sheen as if you are painting with metal, like steel, brass, or copper. I hope that helps.

So do the electric colors have more sparkle than the "sparkle" snazaroo? Or a different kind? Thanks so much for the info.

To me they could have called them all sparkle. While nice, I don't see that the "electric" colors do anything more than the sparkle.
A nice thing about the Snaz "metallic" colors is that if you put on lightly, they offer a sheen of the color, but if you put it on heavy 2-3 coats you get a nice solid color. Some are frustrated by this, but it can be seen as a positive.
BTW, for lovers of the sparkle orange, the new metallic orange appears(to me) to be almost the exact same color, but goes on solid the first time.
I LOVE it mixed with the metallix gold for tigers.

I can use the electrics for line work while I can only use the sparkles for sponging.
That's the diff for me.

Thank you all for the info. I am going to be buying some more metallics here soon (DFX) but I wanted to see what the buzz was.....I think I may try some of the sparkles for bases - thanks Michelle.
Re: Does Electric Snazaroo need an outlet?
I find the electric green, blue, and purple to have more of a metallic punch than the sparkle colors. They're great for linework if you get your brush loaded properly.
Re: Does Electric Snazaroo need an outlet?
I'm not sure why they call some Electric and other Sparkle as they pretty much shimmer the same to me... but I love the Electric Blue - perfect for Optimus Prime.
The Electric Copper is nice...
I'm not big on Electric Green or Purple. I like the Sparkle Lilac better than purple - has more oomph.
And Sparkle orange always goes on solid for me!!
