Best place to buy gems in bulk?

I am looking for your top picks for getting a stash of assorted gems.
Different sizes, shapes and colors preferred.

I heard eBay or amazon would be good but want know specific links or vendors with the best prices and shipping.

So do you have a tried-and-true place you get you gems from?

i got a bad from Micheals Crafts but they were mainly all round and different colors and a few different sizes.

I need to get gems with more interesting shapes and more detailed ones... if anyone knows please do tell.

You can buy a good sized bucket at Walmart. But I'm still looking for other ones as well
