neon white same as normal white?

I ran out of normal white,can you use neon white for background and line work. Because I don't what to ordering any because I have large neon white that needs to be use.

Nope. don't think so...some go on as clear...otherwise, generally I think others are more transluscent. (You could always test it out)--but think you need a regular white...

You won't get the same opacity unfortunately, and if you use it over top of the other colors they will likely bleed through the neon white.
